ADVoost
Naver's AI advertising technology for placing ads inside AI answer surfaces such as AI Briefing — an AI agent generates the ad copy and positions it between or below answer paragraphs
What is ADVoost?
ADVoost is the AI advertising technology Naver introduced for ad exposure in the AI search era. A Naver AI agent analyzes the advertiser's landing page, generates the ad copy itself, and places it at optimal positions — between or below paragraphs — inside AI answer surfaces such as AI Briefing. The advertiser center opened on July 15, 2026, and live exposure in the AI Briefing area started on July 21.
How is it different from conventional search ads?
Conventional Naver search ads (such as Power Link) run on keyword bidding and appear in fixed slots at the top of search results. ADVoost runs without separate bidding, on cost-per-click pricing based on average Power Link prices, and delegates both copywriting and placement decisions to AI. Because the ads sit between paragraphs of an AI answer, they are exposed within the reading flow of the answer itself.
Why it matters for brand visibility
ADVoost signals that AI answer surfaces have become revenue surfaces. Still, what ads can buy is the labeled ad slot — the space where the AI mentions or cites a brand inside the answer body is not an ad product. Manage organic citations and ads separately, and establish the current value of your organic visibility regardless of ad spend.
