Information We Collect

You can use the site without logging in. When you log in, additional account information is collected. The following information may be collected during service use:

  • Hashed IP address and device info (SHA-256, stored as 32 characters, for security audit logs)
  • Session data (HttpOnly cookie-based session token, expiry up to 30 days)
  • Supplementary email-authentication data (6-digit OTP challenge, request/verification records, encrypted verification token, and authentication status)

Purpose of Information Use

The collected information is used for the following purposes:

  • Member authentication and account management
  • Service usage statistics analysis and service improvement
  • Security anomaly detection, abuse prevention, and account protection

Retention Period

Account data (email, OAuth info): deleted after 72 hours from an account deletion request. Session data: up to 30 days or deleted immediately upon logout. Temporary email-authentication data (OTP challenges and verification records): periodically deleted within 7 days after expiration, consumption, or invalidation. Security audit logs (hashed IP/device): deleted after 90 days from creation. Access logs: deleted after 90 days from creation.

GEO Probe history handling policy

  • We do not store raw GEO Probe model outputs. We store only response previews (up to 280 characters) and score/signal summaries.
  • Server-side history retention is plan-based: Free (not stored), Page Pack (60 days), Starter (90 days), Growth (365 days), Pro (730 days), Enterprise (contract-defined).

Third-Party Disclosure and Processing

We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties. We do engage the following processors to provide the service: ① Google LLC — Google OAuth sign-in and usage analytics (Google Analytics). ② Resend Inc. — Magic Link and authentication email delivery. ③ Neon Inc. — storage of account, session, and authentication data (Postgres). ④ Upstash, Inc. — rate limiting for sign-in/email-auth protection and limited temporary authentication-state processing. ⑤ Vercel Inc. — service hosting, serverless function execution, and request handling. ⑥ Naver Corporation — site usage analytics (Naver Analytics, wcs.naver.net). Exceptions apply when required by law.
