Terms of Service

These Terms of Service explain the conditions and responsibility scope for using ranketai.com (the "Site"). By using the Site, you agree to these terms.

Operator

ranketai.com is operated by NeoCodeLab (CEO Jeongmin Lee, business registration no. 648-01-03811). The operator bears final responsibility for service operations. For inquiries, contact us at admin@ranketai.com.

Service Nature

The Site provides AI news curation, trend analysis, blog explainers, and RanketAI tools for page structure diagnostics, AI brand visibility analysis, and domain monitoring for informational purposes. Service content may change without prior notice.

Content and Sources

  • The news section provides titles, summaries, and source links collected from original RSS feeds.
  • Copyright for news content belongs to each original publisher, while blog explainers are original in-house content.
  • Glossary, tools, and analysis content are for reference only, and users are responsible for their own decisions.

Accounts and Login

The site supports Google social login and email link (Magic Link) plus 6-digit verification code sign-in. You can use most content and page structure diagnostics without an account, but some features such as AI brand visibility analysis, history, and dashboard access require login.

  • Accounts are created through Google OAuth or by confirming an email link or verification code.
  • You may request account deletion at any time through the in-app account deletion flow or by email (admin@ranketai.com), and requests are processed within 72 hours.
  • Unauthorized use of another person's account or circumventing the authentication system is prohibited.
  • If anomalous login activity is detected, service access may be temporarily restricted to protect your account.

AI Brand Visibility history notice

AI Brand Visibility may provide server-side history depending on your plan. Free does not store server history. Eligible plans store only previews (up to 280 characters) and score/signal summaries. Raw model outputs are not stored.

Google Analytics Integration

Members on Growth and higher plans may optionally connect Google Analytics. By connecting, the member grants RanketAI read-only analytics access (analytics.readonly), which RanketAI uses solely to measure AI-answer inflow. The accuracy of GA4 data is attributable to Google, and members may disconnect the integration anytime from settings.

AI Writing and Review Notice

Blog explainers may be written with AI-assisted tools and are reviewed by the editorial team before publication. Final editorial responsibility belongs to the operator.

Ads and Third-Party Services

The Site does not currently operate its own ads. It may, however, include external links or third-party services, and data handling or usage terms for those services are governed by each provider's own policies.

Intellectual Property

Original assets of the Site, including design, structure, and original text, are owned by the operator. Unauthorized copying, redistribution, or commercial reuse is restricted.

Paid Services

The Site offers both free and paid features. Paid services include monthly subscriptions (Starter, Growth, Pro) and Credit Add-ons (per-use credits). Pricing, scope, and duration for each plan are posted on the pricing page within the service.

  • Monthly subscription: Automatically renewed on a monthly basis from the payment date. Cancel by 23:59 the day before the renewal date to prevent the next charge.
  • Credit Add-on: Paid subscribers (Starter and above) may purchase additional credits to supplement their measurement usage; credits are activated immediately upon purchase and remain valid for 60 days from the date of purchase.
  • Nature of Credits: Measurement credits are a service voucher usable solely for the Company's AI visibility measurement service, offered only as an add-on to a paid subscription and not sold to non-subscribers. Credits cannot be redeemed or converted to cash, cannot be transferred to a third party, and cannot be used to purchase other goods or services or to pay at other merchants. Refunds are made only for unused credits via cancellation to the original payment method in accordance with the refund policy below.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Withdrawal (cooling-off), refund, and cancellation terms for paid services are as follows. Refunds within the periods below constitute withdrawal of subscription under the Korean E-Commerce Act.

  • Monthly subscription — Full refund if cancellation is requested within 7 days of the payment date. After 7 days, no refund is provided for the remaining period; the service remains active until the end of the billing cycle.
  • Plan upgrade — When switching to a higher plan mid-subscription, only the prorated price difference for the remaining period is charged immediately to the registered payment method. The billing cycle and next payment date remain unchanged, and the new plan price is charged automatically from the next payment date. If the prorated difference is under KRW 1,000, the switch is applied without a charge. Switching to a lower plan is available by cancelling and resubscribing after the current period ends.
  • Credit Add-on — Full refund within 7 days of purchase if no credits have been used. Used credits are non-refundable. If your subscription ends (cancellation or plan change), remaining purchased credits can still be used by resubscribing before their expiry date, or you may request a prorated refund of the unused balance based on the purchase price.
  • Service defect — If the service differs from what is displayed or advertised, or is not provided normally, you may withdraw and request a full refund within 30 days of becoming aware of the issue.
  • Refund requests can be made through account settings or by emailing admin@ranketai.com. For faster processing, please include your account email and the card payment receipt (or the payment date and amount). Requests are processed within 3 business days.
  • Depending on the payment method, refunds may take 3–7 business days to appear in your account.

Changes to Terms

These terms may be updated due to legal or service policy changes, and updates will be posted on the Site.
