Brand visibility measurement works by sending real questions to multiple AI engines and collecting their answers. On rare occasions, a temporary outage on the AI engine side means no engine returns a response at all. Previously, such a run was still recorded as a zero-score result and consumed a credit.
From now on, a measurement that receives no response is not treated as a result. The credit is refunded automatically, the run is excluded from your history and dashboard trends, and retrying a moment later starts a fresh measurement right away.
This matters because of time-series integrity. If your brand is actually well represented in AI answers but an infrastructure failure injects a zero score into your trend chart, it can look like a sudden drop that never happened and distort how weekly changes are read. With this change, every number on your dashboard reflects only measurements that actually completed.
