Fixed: diagnosis failing for sites with HTTPS configuration issues

Diagnosis used to fail for sites with HTTPS (SSL) configuration issues; it now automatically continues via the www address when available, and clearly explains the cause when the site is unreachable

Some sites have HTTPS configuration issues on their root domain (e.g. example.com), causing diagnosis to fail even though the site looks fine in a browser.

Diagnosis now completes automatically via the www address (e.g. www.example.com) when it works properly. If the site is still unreachable, instead of a generic "please try again later" message, we now clearly state that an HTTPS (SSL) configuration issue is the cause.

This guidance matters because the problem isn't limited to our diagnostic tool. AI search engine crawlers access sites the same way, so an HTTPS configuration issue can cost you the chance to be cited in AI answers at all. If you see this message, it's worth asking your site administrator or hosting provider to review the HTTPS setup.
