Alert settings redesign — one master switch, per-domain channel routing

A single account-wide master switch now controls all alerts, while each domain picks its own email and Slack channels — making alert behavior predictable at a glance

Alert settings now work in two layers.

Account-wide master switch — turn it off and every alert stops, regardless of channel. One toggle to go quiet during vacations or maintenance windows.

Per-domain channels — with the master on, each domain can enable email and Slack independently. Keep Slack pings for your critical domain and email-only for the rest.

Previously it could be unclear how far a disabled alert reached. Now there is one rule: the master controls everything, domains control their channels.
